That is the main premise of a new meat bar company that just launched in Valentine, Meat & Complete, LLC whose CEO is Chelsea Luthy. She has created a healthy, convenient, pre-cooked, and refrigerated meat bar with no sugar, nitrates, or nitrites. It is real food, lean ground beef, plus a fruit and a vegetable. Each bar is $5 and with every 3 Complete meat bars you purchase, 1 bar will be donated to our local give back program. Bars were donated to Cody-Kilgore Schools on Wednesday, May 12th and at Valentine High School on Monday, May 17th.
